We ship most orders directly from the manufacturer or supplier via UPS and FedEx ground and Common Carrier (truck). There are surcharges applied when a common carrier is used but you will be contacted before we process the order. If you wish to have your products shipped 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or overnight you will have to call us toll free to get a quote. Just because you select expedited shipping does not mean you will get it in that time frame because many of our products are custom and take time to process and manufacture. Over sized items can only ship via ground.

Never accept any damaged packages from carriers. Always inspect all packages and product upon receipt. Freight damage claims must be filed within 5 business days of delivery. Most shipping companies require the original packaging be retained for inspection by representative.

Most of the time we will ship your order within 48 business hours unless the products are out- of-stock in which case we will notify you immediately. At this point you can either wait, cancel or we can find you a replacement. Custom products will delay your shipment.

Over-sized Shipping Notice

Tube lengths exceeding 92” will incur significant additional freight charges. The collection’s tube splice can be used to achieve longer spans – the required center bracket will help conceal the resulting seam.
